Our Journey Behind Right2Rise

​Our journey to founding Right2Rise began with a simple observation that evolved into a calling. Growing up with access to quality education, we witnessed how knowledge transforms lives—yet this fundamental opportunity remains out of reach for millions of children worldwide.

In our travels through underserved regions, we encountered brilliant young minds limited not by ability, but by circumstance. The documentary "The Most Dangerous Ways to School" further opened our eyes—showing children trekking through scorching deserts, wildlife-filled jungles, and frozen tundra for the chance to learn. Their unwavering determination despite impossible odds left an indelible mark on us.

Shai Reshef's pioneering work with University of the People became our blueprint for action. By creating the world's first tuition-free, accredited online university, he demonstrated how technology could democratize education globally.

Traditional educational models weren't evolving quickly enough to bridge these divides. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence was revolutionizing nearly every industry—yet these innovations weren't reaching those who needed them most.

This realization sparked Right2Rise. We believed that AI could create personalized educational experiences that work in low-connectivity environments, adapt to individual learning styles, and deliver world-class education to any child, anywhere.

With a passion for building AI-enabled products, we assembled a team of educators, technologists, and community leaders who shared this vision. Together, we've developed an approach that doesn't just deliver content but creates true educational opportunity through adaptive technology.

What drives us is knowing that every child whose potential is unleashed through education creates a ripple effect extending to families, communities, and our shared global future.
